正式名は「バストーニュウォルナット」で 第二次世界大戦中ドイツのベルギーでのバストーニュの戦いが語源のようです。
連合軍とドイツ軍が入り乱れた様子を比喩し 杢目が揉めている風体を表しているようです。

ウォールナットの中でも、クラロウォールナットよりも珍しい一枚となっております。
